Video On Demand (VOD) service is not yet available to all OpenBand customers. Look for an OpenBand Customer Service E-mail announcing VOD availability in your community.

If you have an OpenBand digital set-top box, you now have access to Video On Demand (VOD) service . VOD provides a video library that you can browse and view at any time. You pick your programming and your start time. pause, rewind, fast forward... you are in control!

To access VOD service, TUNE TO CHANNEL ONE.
Then, use your remote control to navigate the VOD Menu.

PARENTAL CONTROLS

As with cable television and traditional Pay-Per-View, some VOD content may not be appropriate for all audiences.

Your set-top box allows you to enable Parental Controls and Purchase Controls.

From the VOD Menu, select the HELP function, using the yellow "A" button. Select PARENTAL CONTROLS. Instructions are provided on the right side of the screen.

Exit VOD service at any time by using the STOP button or the Channel Up/Down buttons.

The STOP button pauses playback and then returns you to the VOD Menu.

The Channel Up/Down buttons return you to regular television service.

PLEASE NOTE:

The purchase/viewing period for VOD programming is typically 24 hours. You can view the programming as many times as you like during this purchase/viewing period. Access your "Saved Programs" from the VOD Menu.

The VOD content library is updated daily. The VOD library will continue to be expanded over time. OpenBand will update customers, via Customer Service Emails, as new content categories become available.

This is a new service. Some customers may experience technical issues during the initial launch. Most VOD technical issues will generate an Error Code on the television screen. If you should experience this, please take note of the Error Code displayed, and then call Customer Service (703-961-1110) or use your Online Customer Care Account to submit a Trouble Ticket. OpenBand will address these new service issues as quickly as possible, and your cooperation is appreciated.
