The purchase/viewing period for VOD programming is typically 24 hours. You can view the programming as many times as you like during this purchase/viewing period. Access your "Saved Programs" from the VOD Menu.
The VOD content library is updated daily. The VOD library will continue to be expanded over time. OpenBand will update customers, via Customer Service Emails, as new content categories become available.
This is a new service. Some customers may experience technical issues during the initial launch. Most VOD technical issues will generate an Error Code on the television screen. If you should experience this, please take note of the Error Code displayed, and then call Customer Service (703-961-1110) or use your Online Customer Care Account to submit a Trouble Ticket. OpenBand will address these new service issues as quickly as possible, and your cooperation is appreciated.
