The analog tier of OpenBand's Basic Programming package (channels below 200) can be viewed at any active television tap without a digital set-top receiver.

The digital portion of OpenBand's Basic Programming package (channels over 200) requires a digital set-top receiver. The digital set-top receiver also provides the interactive programming guide, parental controls and access to Pay-Per-View and VOD programming.

Additional set-top receivers can be leased from OpenBand. No additional programming fees are charged for additional set-top locations.
